How organizations think about the future (Fordybelsesseminar samfundsvidenskab, BSS)

This seminar discusses how organizations, companies and government think about the future in order to adapt and innovate successfully in a changing world. 

We will look at the tools and methods of organizational future studies, and consider how people and groups seek to understand forces in the world better, interpret events more deeply and anticipate outcomes more sharply—and the challenges in doing thiswell. You will be asked to identify the forces of change facing an organization you know about, and consider how decision-makers may improve their understanding of external conditions as they progress towards their future goals.

You will work in groups and present to the cohort.

The seminar will take place in English.
